This position will be for the Crisis Services located at Logan Regional Hospital. Entry Rate: 22.52 Benefits Eligible: Yes Shift Variable Department: Behavioral Health Minimum Requirements Must provide documentation of an earned Master's degree in social work from a program accredited by the Council on Social Work Education. Intermountain verifies both degree attainment and educational institution accreditation following an offer of employment. Must provide evidence of a clinical social work license in the State of Utah. Must be able to read, write and speak English Must be able to respond within 30 minutes for call.
